BUSINESS HOURS/APPOINTMENTS:
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and major holidays. Please note that we cannot commence work on your vehicle without your permission. Please read the Customer Protection Message below. You may make an appointment via our e-appointment system, phone or fax. Please indicate any discounts or special offers when scheduling your appointment. Give us notice of any cancellation of appointments, so that we can make the most of our time and provide our customers with the best possible service. |

SHUTTLE SERVICE / FREE TOWING:
A-Team will gladly give you a ride to or from home/work. We also offer reimbursed (free) towing with Transmission Repair Services. We can also assist you in arranging car rental if necessary. When you arrange your appointment please let us know your transportation requirements. |

MAKING AN E-APPOINTMENT:
A-Team will promptly respond to your e-appointment request. Sometimes our web server encounters problems, Therefore, if you do not hear from us within one (1) business hour of your request, please contact us immediately. If you experience difficulties making your appointment, please contact our webmaster immediately. Cancellation of e-appointments must be made via phone. Please indicate any discounts or special offers when scheduling your appointment. |

We Comply Strictly With State of Ohio Law: You have the right to an estimate if the cost of repairs or services which you are requesting will be more than $25.00. Your bill will not be higher than the estimate by more than 10% unless you approve a larger amount before the repairs are finished. Ohio law requires us to give you a form so that you can choose either a written, oral, or no estimate. You also have the right to inspect and/or request your parts returned unless they are subject to warranty. Estimates are binding for 5 business days. Please be sure to indicate your method of receiving an estimate when making an appointment. |

To avoid confusion, inconvenience & embarrassment, please make sure you have made provisions to pay for your repairs prior to authorizing the work. We do not accept post-dated checks & we do not set up private term payment. We have discount programs & gladly accept CASH / CHECK / DISCOVER / VISA / MASTERCARD / CAR CARE ONE CREDIT CARDS. |
